1. Enrollment and Eligibility

3.2 We retain full ownership of our AI models, prediction algorithms, data analysis tools, and all related content provided through the Services.
3.3 All prediction and analysis requests are processed in real time. We do not store your specific betting selections; only anonymized and aggregated performance data (e.g., win/loss ratios, success rates) may be saved to improve our AI models.

4. Payment and Subscription

4.1 Some features may require a paid plan.
4.2 You authorize us to charge your selected payment method at agreed intervals.
4.3 Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
4.4 Taxes are your responsibility. Prices may be updated with advance notice.

7.1 You agree to indemnify and defend SprtGenie from claims resulting from misuse of the Services.
7.2 The Services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees on accuracy or performance.
7.3 Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount paid in the last 12 months—whichever is greater.

8. Certification Disclaimer

SprtGenie provides AI-driven sports analysis and prediction content designed to support data-driven decision-making for sports betting. Upon engaging with the platform's analysis tools and data sets, users may receive a downloadable performance summary report. This report is intended solely as a recognition of the user's engagement and their betting performance within the SprtGenie platform. It does not represent or substitute for any professional financial advice, guarantee of winning, or expert betting certification. The report should not be relied upon as evidence of professional gambling skill or financial expertise. SprtGenie makes no guarantees regarding third-party recognition, acceptance, or outcomes based on this report. Use of the report is entirely at the user's discretion.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Disputes are subject to mandatory arbitration, unless you opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
9.2 Before arbitration, you agree to try informal resolution by contacting support@sprtgenie.com
9.3 You may file small claims individually. Class actions and representative claims are not allowed.

10. General Terms

10.1 These Terms do not form a legal partnership or agency between you and SprtGenie.
10.2 Do not use our name, logo, or trademarks without written permission.

10.8 Breaches of IP or security may result in injunctive legal action.
