SprtGenie does not sell your personal information for money. We do share personal information — such as online identifiers, cookie data, and advertising identifiers — with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and under comparable laws in other states, you have the right to opt out of that sharing.

If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing and apply it automatically on every visit. We do not ask you to confirm it and we do not override it.

To apply the opt-out to your SprtGenie account rather than a single browser, email privacy@sprtgenie.com from the address on your account with “Do Not Share” in the subject line. We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and complete them within 45 calendar days.

You may use an authorized agent to submit this request. We will ask the agent for written permission signed by you. We will not deny you service, charge a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising this right.
